Managed service starts at £3,000 per month, scope-based with selected tool costs included. Typical investment is 3–5% of turnover to protect value, 5–8% to improve, and 8–15% to grow — always anchored to a financial value model, not a fixed quote.
What are the engagement options?
Three modes, all starting with Discovery: Discovery Only (the standalone Discovery & Blueprint, 14 outputs), Project Engagement (a defined-scope build with measurable ROI), and Managed Engine (the complete Growth & Control Engine, fully managed with a live Control Centre).
Is the Discovery session really free?
Yes. The Discovery session is free of charge and carries no obligation. We typically identify a minimum of 20% measurable value within 90 days across the areas we influence.
How is value measured?
Every engagement includes a Financial Value Model — value at stake quantified before investment, best/base/downside sensitivity on major recommendations, and realised benefit tracked against the model in a live Control Centre.
