WebMCP Readiness from Sentry Digital Services is an end-to-end WebMCP project: an audit of a website's forms and catalogue, a decision on which tools are worth exposing to AI agents, the build, and testing, with a person kept in control of every action that sends, books or buys.

WebMCP is a proposed web standard, developed in the W3C Web Machine Learning Community Group and in trial in Chrome and Edge. It lets a website hand AI agents a short list of tools, such as request a quote, book a call or check stock, instead of making the AI agent guess its way through pages built for people. We audit your site, decide which tools are worth exposing, build them, and keep a person in control of every action that matters.

## What it does

WebMCP audit, tool design, implementation on forms and catalogues, origin-trial registration, testing in an agent-enabled browser, and monitoring of how AI agents use the tools.

## Where it creates value

The front door of the value stream: when a buyer's AI assistant does the shortlisting, the site it can actually act on is the one that gets the enquiry.

## Why it cannot be ignored

Search is moving from people clicking links to assistants completing tasks. A site that an AI agent can only scrape is a site an AI agent has to guess about, and guesses lose to a competitor whose quote form the AI agent can simply call.

## The terms that matter
